SITI HADIJAH BINTI AHMAD graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) in 2009.<\/p>\n
She then completed her pupilage in Malacca and was called to the Malaysian Bar in May 2009.<\/p>\n
Siti Hadijah has been in active practice in the field of litigation, in particular, civil and commercial litigation involving banking matters (Islamic and conventional), commercial contracts, leasing and hire purchase, bankruptcy, company insolvency, recovery of debts, land disputes, land acquisition, torts, letters of administration and other general litigation.<\/p>\n
In the course of her practice, she has been exposed to both contested and non-contested litigation matters involving land matters, enforcement of judgment, defamation suit and injunctions.<\/p>\n
Apart from that, Siti Hadijah has the experience in handling highly contested matters and rendering legal opinions for the corporate companies, local councils and also the government bodies. She has advised and represented Petronas, Telekom Malaysia and other corporations in core litigation matters. Siti Hadijah is also competent in handling matters involving Islamic Banking transactions and arbitration.<\/p>\n
