He is a current practitioner and has vast experience in conducting various in-house and public programmes on Letter of Credit, Maximise use of Trade Finance Facilities, Demand Guarantees, How to be an Effective Trade Managers, Risks in International Trade Finance, Structured and Warehouse Trade Financing, Certified Documentary Credit Specialist in International Trade Finance and other related topics.

Puan Fadilah has more than 27 years of experience in the litigation and conveyancing in banking and finance industry. With her exposure in legal industry, she is the focal point in designing and ensuring all the training materials are updated with the current information and complying towards the various industry needs. She has delivered numerous in-house training programmes and guided many young practitioners in achieving their goals. In addition, Puan Fadilah is the trainer, general advisor, panel reviewer and legal adviser and legal practitioner covering matter pertaining International Trade Finance, legal work and banking matters

Viknesh is a dedicated training professional with more than 20 years of practical Port environment experience in the areas of Human Resources, Port Operations, Manpower planning, Organizing of Major events, Project Management and Trainings. He has contributed in many areas of expertise in terms of Training and Developing employees with regards to performance. He has managed large scale of Training projects and have manage to even conduct an Engagement program for an organization of 3900 staffs having in mind the various levels of personal organizational behaviour and Project management.

Mr Mohd Azlan Mashod has more than 20 years of experience in the litigation and conveyancing in banking and finance industry. He has the experience in handling highly contested matters and rendering legal opinions for the corporate companies, local councils and also the government bodies. His is competent in handling matters involving Industrial Court.
